TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – CAFFÈ TINTORI

1. Seller identity

2. Subject
These conditions govern the sale of products through the caffetintori.it website. Sending an order implies acceptance of these conditions.
3. Products and availability
Products are described on their respective pages. Any non-substantial differences (e.g., packaging) do not affect product compliance.
In case of unavailability after the order, the seller will contact the customer to agree on a refund or alternative solution.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices are indicated in euros. Any shipping costs and/or additional charges are shown before order confirmation.
5. Payment methods
The following payment methods are accepted:

The order is considered confirmed upon completion of the purchase procedure and/or receipt of the order confirmation.
6. Conclusion of the contract
The sales contract is concluded when the customer receives order confirmation via email (or equivalent confirmation displayed on screen at the end of the purchase).
7. Shipping and delivery
Shipments are carried out through Liccardi Trasporti with estimated times of 24/48 hours from pickup, except in cases of force majeure, peak periods, or special locations.
The customer is required to correctly enter the delivery details. In case of an incorrect address or unavailability, any additional redelivery costs may be charged to the customer.
At the time of delivery, the customer is invited to check the integrity of the packages. Any obvious anomalies (e.g., damaged package) must be reported to the courier and promptly communicated to the seller.
8. Right of withdrawal (Consumer customers)
If the customer purchases as a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from delivery of the products, without any obligation to provide a reason, according to the rules applicable to distance purchases (Consumer Code, arts. 52–59; Directive 2011/83/EU).
Conditions we gave you (and that we apply): returns are accepted within 14 days for unused products and intact as shipped, complete with packaging and components.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a communication to amministrazione@caffetintori.it indicating:

product(s) to be returned,

name and contact details.
After authorization/instructions, the customer must ship the returned products according to the received directions.
9. Effects of withdrawal and refunds
In the case of a valid withdrawal, the seller will refund the price of the returned products (and any standard shipping costs if required by applicable law) within a reasonable time and in any case according to the technical timing of the payment method used.
The refund may be suspended until the returned products are received or until proof of shipment is provided, whichever occurs first.
10. Defective, damaged, or incorrect products
In case of a wrong or damaged product received, the customer must promptly contact amministrazione@caffetintori.it, indicating the order number and attaching, if possible, photos of the product and packaging. We will evaluate the fastest solution (replacement, refund, or other solution).
11. Legal warranty of conformity (Consumers)
Consumers are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided by the Consumer Code for goods purchased online.
12. Limitations of liability
The seller is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to uncontrollable causes (e.g., force majeure events, carrier disruptions, security reasons, or logistical blockages).
It remains understood that no provision limits the mandatory rights recognized to the consumer.
13. Privacy and cookies
The processing of personal data takes place according to the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy published on the website, which the customer declares to have read.
14. Applicable law and competent court
These terms are governed by Italian law.

Consumer customers (B2C): for disputes, the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer has jurisdiction (mandatory territorial jurisdiction).

Professional/business customers (B2B): unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Court of Rome has exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Dispute resolution (information)
The consumer customer can consider out-of-court/ADR resolution tools according to the available channels. The European Commission provides practical information on how to resolve consumer complaints in the EU.
Important note: the EU ODR platform has been indicated as discontinued from July 20, 2025; therefore, we do not include the related link.
