Cookie Policy

2) COOKIE POLICY — CAFFÈ TINTORI

Last updated: 03/05/2026

1. What are cookies and tracking tools

Cookies are small text files saved in the browser. Besides cookies, we may use similar tools such as pixels, tags, and identifiers to measure traffic and performance, improve the experience, and – with consent – personalize marketing and ads.

2. Categories of cookies/tools

A) Necessary (technical)

Essential for the website’s operation (cart, checkout, security, essential preferences). Do not require consent.

B) Preferences

Store choices and preferences to improve navigation. May require consent if not strictly necessary.

C) Statistics (Analytics)

Help us understand how the site is used (e.g., page views, interactions).
GA4 (Google Analytics 4) may be used/activated for traffic analysis. Requires consent if set up in a non-strictly technical way.

D) Marketing

Used to show relevant ads, perform remarketing, and measure conversions.
With consent, we can use:

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram): Pixel and conversion measurement + server-side events via API (Meta Conversions API / server-side)

  • TikTok: Pixel and conversion/remarketing measurement (+ possible event sending via API if configured)

  • Google: Ads conversion tracking, remarketing, and (if active) links with analytics

Marketing tools can record events such as PageView, ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout, Purchase and other standard events.

3. Consent and cookie banner (CMP “GPDR”)

On first access, we show a banner that allows you to:

  • Accept all

  • Reject all

  • Manage preferences by category

Non-essential tools (statistics/marketing) are not activated before the choice.
You can change or withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer.

4. How to manage cookies from the browser

You can also manage cookies from your browser settings (deletion, blocking, restrictions). Note: blocking technical cookies may impair some website functions.

5. List of cookies and providers

The updated list of cookies/tools (name, purpose, duration, provider) is shown within the “Manage preferences” section of the CMP banner and/or on the Cookie Settings page.
